Where should I stay in Ibiza?
We recommend staying in Santa Eulalia Del Riu and have provided some options with different price points on the Travel & Stay page. There are loads of other hotels and Airbnbs in the area to pick from. Santa Eulalia is around 25 minutes in a taxi from Ibiza Airport.
How do I get to the venue?
We will be putting on a return coach for our guests on the wedding day. The coach will do a pick-up from the town of Santa Eulalia Del Riu at 3pm and will leave our wedding venue around Midnight when the party finishes. The specific pick-up point will be added to this website in the next few months, so please come back to check!
We will also put on a one-way coach to the pool party on Sunday, departing from the same pick-up point in Santa Eulalia Del Riu at 12:30 PM. There will not be a return coach after the pool party to allow our guests the flexibility to leave on their own timescales. Our venue staff will be available to call taxis for you, but if you need to leave at a very specific time, we recommend you pre-book. Please note if you are going straight from the pool party to the airport (brave…), it is around a 25 minute drive.
What if I don’t stay in Santa Eulalia?
We kindly ask if you are not staying in Santa Eulalia that you make your own way to the venue and back, on both days. It is recommended to pre-book taxis as Ibiza will still be within clubbing season and it can be difficult to get taxis, especially in the evenings.
If you are renting a car, there is some parking available at our venue, but please let us know in advance so we can reserve a space for you.

Yourself and all the good vibes!
Don’t forget your sunglasses, sun cream and inflatables for the pool (there’s a hand pump at the venue if you don’t fancy sharing your seat on the coach with your giant flamingo). We’ll provide towels for the loungers and please do not bring your own booze else you’ll get us in trouble!
Will food and drink be provided at the Pool Party?
Yes! We will be putting on a BBQ feast and soft drinks for all guests, the BBQ will be served between 2:00-4:30 PM. For a contribution of £25pp you can take advantage of an open bar with wine, beer and a selection of spirits/mixers. Please note there will not be a cash bar or an option to buy individual alcoholic drinks at the pool party. If you’d like the open bar option, please select that option on your RSVP.

Is there a dress code for the Pool Party?
The pool party will be relaxed so feel free to wear what you feel most comfortable in. We recommend swimwear with something over the top (dress, shirt, beach cover up etc), so that you can enjoy the pool but have something to pop on to play games or eat.
If you want to go all out glam and dress ready for an Ibizan beach club, we’re here for it! The tunes and photographer will be ready.
What about wedding gifts?
We truly appreciate anything you choose to give as we’re just happy to have you there with us to celebrate! Please don’t feel obliged to bring a gift - you making the trip to Ibiza is more than enough. If you did want to gift anything, any contributions towards our honeymoon would be amazing.
Can I bring my children to the wedding?
We love your little ones, but to create the most enjoyable experience for all our guests (and to help the parents let their hair down!), we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration minus Meg’s niece, Frankie. We hope you understand and are able to make arrangements so that you can join us for the special day.
What else can I do whilst in Ibiza?
Ibiza has a bit of something for everyone, whether it’s lounging on one of its many beautiful beaches, clubbing until the early hours, exploring its amazing restaurant scene, sipping on a cocktail watching one of its famous sunsets, mooching around the historic old town, or taking in its natural beauty on a hiking trail. We’ve included some recommendations one the Why Ibiza? page.
